For the second time, I had the opportunity to run an AI workshop for ADAC in Wuppertal.
A wonderful compliment to the collaboration we started last year.
A year ago, the focus was mainly on orientation. How can AI be meaningfully integrated into marketing processes? Where and how should teams start and then continue? What is worth trying out?
Twelve months later, the situation was already very different. Solutions are now embedded in everyday work. Processes have been changed, workflows rethought. You can feel it: participants have moved from thinking and experimenting to actually doing.
What impressed me most was the speed. Not only technologically, but also on a human level. How naturally AI is used today. How quickly teams respond.
That is why the workshop was not just about the status quo, but about the next step. What developments are coming soon? Which automations will change marketing and communication next? And how do you stay flexible in a time when standing still is no longer an option?
