The winter semester 2025 at CBS International Business School has come to an end.
For me, it was one of the most intense and special semesters in many years.
For the first time, I taught three Master’s courses to one group within a single semester.
The courses were:
-
Content Creation and Storytelling
-
Marketing and Innovative Technologies
-
Advanced Digital Marketing Techniques and Tools
Instead of treating them as separate subjects, we combined them into one shared learning journey.
This meant I spent much more time with this group than usual. That made the experience truly unique.
Learning, Creating, Testing
The students worked on their projects with a lot of courage and individuality.
Some developed business ideas they seriously want to pursue after graduation.
Others brought strong creative perspectives from previous studies.
Some created concepts that may become real projects in the future.
Throughout the semester, they used our topics to develop, refine, and challenge their ideas.
During the final presentations, one thing became very clear:
This group has a lot of talent and they grew significantly over time.
“Two Weeks Ago, This Was Not Possible”
One moment stayed with me in particular.
Several students said:
“Two weeks ago, this was not possible with AI.”
This sentence says a lot about the current situation.
Things are changing extremely fast.
A presentation can be up to date and still feel outdated only days later.
This speed is challenging. For students and for lecturers.
At the same time, it shows how important curiosity, openness, and adaptability have become.
More Than Technology
This semester was not only about tools.
It was about learning how to:
-
evaluate new technologies
-
understand their limits
-
decide when and how to use them responsibly
AI can support creativity, strategy, and execution.
But it also requires reflection, judgment, and a clear mindset.
A Strong Community
After the final presentations, we had a small celebration on campus.
The photo from that moment captures the atmosphere very well:
joy, energy, fun, and a strong sense of community.
Now the students are starting their Master’s theses. Soon, they will graduate.
This group was international, diverse, and full of inspiring perspectives.
Teaching them was motivating and enriching for me.
I am excited to see where we will meet again in the real world
and what stories they will create in the future.
